Since 1995

Boomers was born in the year 1995 (Delhi - India) when a motivated group of dedicated and experienced national players and trainers Philip, Vincent, Joseph & Pallavi decided to put their talent and skills to serve the nation by making a world class team ‘BOOMERS SKATING CLUB’. A team nurtured with strong values of team spirit, hardwork and camaraderie that envisioned taking over competitive skating activities in the disciplines of ARTISTIC,SPEED & ROLLER HOCKEY (inline, quad and ice-skating). Our contribution to the nation / state began when we created history by producing the first ever skater from Delhi to have represented India in World Championship (HARJAPJI KAUR in 2005). Since then, almost every year our players have been making their mark in the International Arena with poise and elan. ANSH PATHAK, VEDANT CHOWDHARY, & PRAKRITI SAXENA (Asian Bronze medalist )are our most prominent International players. Boomers is equally proud of having trained hundreds of National Medal Holders who have put their stamp in National Championships organised by Roller Skating Federation Of India, School Games Federation of India Central Board of Secondary Education as well as All India University Games . The most recent and exciting news is that Vedant Chowdhary and Prakriti Saxena have been selected in the Indian Team Camp to represent the country in the forthcoming 19th ASIAN GAMES to be held in Hangzhov China 2022.
